Before Medallia, Ric served in various positions at Oracle Corporation, a products and services cloud technology company, most recently as Senior Director of Engineering. Ric holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Arizona and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
